SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Havenlyfitness.com  We want to make sure you have all the information you need regarding our shipping times and procedures.

1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

2. SHIPPING TIMES & ESTIMATES
To bring you the most unique trending products at the best prices, we source our inventory from specialized international fulfillment centers. Because of this, items are shipped directly from our overseas suppliers to your doorstep. 

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
- Domestic Shipping (South Africa): 7–14 business days.
- International Shipping (Rest of World): 10–21 business days.

*Please note: Shipping times are estimates and start from the day your package leaves our fulfillment center, not the date the order is placed. Customs clearances and local postal delays can occasionally cause unexpected transit delays.*

3. SHIPPING COSTS
- Standard Shipping: We offer Flat-Rate Standard Shipping for [R49.00 / $4.99] on all orders.
- Free Shipping: All orders over [R500 / $50] qualify for Free Standard Shipping!

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. The tracking number will become active and trackable within 48–72 hours. You can track your package directly on our website via our tracking page.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the packaging and item, and contact our support team at [Your Support Email] within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund. 

If your package has been lost in transit and shows no tracking updates for more than 30 days, we will issue a full refund or re-ship your item at no extra cost to you.
