Refund policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Havenlyfitness.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date your item is delivered to your doorstep. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or international fulfillment center without contacting us first.

2. BROKEN, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your product arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact our support team at [Your Support Email] within 48 hours of delivery. 

Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs or a short video showing the damage or defect

Once verified, we will arrange for a brand-new replacement to be shipped out to you immediately at no extra cost, or issue a 100% full refund according to your preference.

3. RETURN SHIPPING
If you wish to return an item for personal preference (e.g., changed your mind), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., your credit card or bank account via our payment processor) within 5–7 business days.
